Turkey Day!
I cooked a 12-pound turkey for Thanksgiving.
I brined the turkey first for 24 hours, so the turkey is juicy. Marinated for another 10 hours.... then, slow cooked for 4.5 hours..... I think our turkey turned out not too shabby.... at least that's what I think. ;p
Eating the leftover for the past few days in different ways..... still yummy......

I am a photo-maniac. Some people write diary, but I like to take pictures as my diary. There are so many photos I still need to post on my website. I just posted my trip to Brazil and Israel in 2004. Check them out when you have time.

Joe and Jenny's wedding was AWESOME! Stay tune for pictures.
iPod
Would anyone bring 4 iPods on a trip? Yes, Adam did for the Taiwan trip. One 20G, one 10G, one shuffle, and one Nano, because he was afraid that the iPods might run out of batteries.

Taiwan trip update
It’s Adam’s first time in Taiwan. He said he doesn’t even know how good the movie “Lost in Translation” is until his experience in Taiwan. He feels like he is Bill Murray in that movie. Especially when we are taking the pictures for the wedding photos. The photographer would say a bunch of stuff, and I would just translate…. “Face left”… And that exact situation did happened….. hahaha….. We picked out the wedding photos today. Stay tune for the photos on my website…..
Taiwan trip!
Adam and I are going to visit Taiwan for 2 weeks. We are leaving on Sep. 11th. Yeah… I know… But it just turned out to fit our schedules better. We will arrive in Taipei on Sep. 13th early early in the morning. The wedding photo shoot will be on the 15th, and the wedding ceremony will be on the 24th at 國賓. This is Adam’s first time to visit Taiwan, so it would be interesting! Wondering whether there is a slight possibility that he would let me trick him and try the stinky tofu… hahaha….(for those who doesn’t know what it is, check it out here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stinky_tofu)
We will stop by Japan for 4 days on our way back. Stay tune for blog and pictures after we get back.
Seattle trip!
Jake and Kristen got married on Sep. 2nd. A lot of I-House crew flew from everywhere. I also flew up there for the weekend. I haven’t seen most of them for over 6 years! It is so nice to see everyone again! And the interesting thing is, people are all stayed the same, didn’t change at all. It was so nice to see everyone again. And I-House crew, as usual, are very fun to hang out with! Nat flew from Philly; Aaron and Jessica flew from Australia; Martin, Andrika, Peter, and Margreet flew from the Netherlands; Christo flew from Bulgaria; Fabio flew from Switzerland; Steffi flew from Germany. Jake, look how important you are! Happy
Check out more pictures under photos, under Seattle!
Here were our schedules -
Sep 1st - my flight was delayed for 1.5 hours.... Didn't get into
Seattle till 10pm. Get into the bar, met up with everyone at
11pm for a beer.... YAY! Beers!
Sep 2nd - went kayaking in Lake Union. First time kayaking. It was really fun. The wedding ceremony was in a nice restaurant by the lake. Nice ceremony, good food, drinks, and fun dance afterwards.
Sep. 3rd - post wedding picnic from 1-6pm. We had nice BBQ, and played some games. One of Jake's friends, Mike and his wife, Amy, invited us to his boat for a ride in Puget sound. We were on the boat till almost midnight!
Sep 4th – Visited Sophia and Tom and little Kyle! Little Kyle is so adorable. And Sophia and Tom’s houses are amazing! Laugh
The I-House crew are now, driving around the strait, from Seattle to Vancouver, back from Olympic park. I wish I could have joined them!
HI, I-House crew, I miss you all already.

Elton John?
Adam was not really happy when he heard that some people said he look like Elton John…..
He decided to cut his hair because he doesn’t want to look like him….
One day, we were browsing the magazine and realized that Elton also got a new hair cut.....

Wedding in Vegas
The wedding in Vegas was a success. Please visit my photo gallery under Las Vegas under Sandy's wedding.
Sorry it took so long to post the pictures. Someone offered to take pictures for us in the marriage bureau in Vegas and DROPPED my camera. It was within 2 hours after arriving in Vegas. So all my pictures are from others. Thanks for Noelle, Jenny, Joe, dad, JJ, Tom, and Sophia.
Wedding plan update
The wedding plan has finalized in Vegas.
We will be staying at JW Marriott in Vegas. The wedding ceremony will also be held in JW Marriott.
At this moment, we are expecting 27 people. Hopefully, it would be a small and warm wedding ceremony.
Wedding Plan
Adam and I are planning on getting married in 2006.
We will have a wedding in the states on July 15
th 2006 and a reception in Taiwan on Sep. 24th 2006. We don’t really want a Utah wedding, so what’s better than a Vegas wedding.
Stay tune for photos if you can’t join us for the special occasions.
Year 2005
Year 2005, it’s been eventful. All of them are good! Happy

* May 6th, Adam and I met in a party.
* Aug. 4th, Nu Skin Indonesia opening.
* Oct. 24th, Jen and Joe officially registered their marriage in Vegas.
Adam and I were their witnesses.
* Nov. 9th, I got promoted to a manager after working at Nu Skin for 2 years and 10 months.
* Dec. 24th, Adam officially proposed to me. I got a nice engagement ring. Round cut, clear color, simple looking ring!
So I guess this is the officially announcement to the world! I am engaged.
