Chinese New Year dinner

Cooking Chinese food is quite a bit of work. But once in a while, I enjoy cooking a feast for friends. For Chinese New Year, I decided to make some traditional dishes. So I made Chinese meat ball (獅子頭), beef stew (紅燒牛肉), short rib (高昇排骨), stew lamb (紅燒羊肉), black pepper beef (黑胡椒牛柳), stir fry chicken, lettuce wraps, and Chinese hot pot (火鍋).
